VATSIM & IVAO Compliance

Nexus Air Virtual operates in accordance with the requirements and guidelines set by VATSIM (Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network) and IVAO (International Virtual Aviation Organisation) for virtual airlines. By participating in our community, you agree to the following:

Network rules

When flying on VATSIM or IVAO under Nexus Air Virtual callsigns (NXA/NEXUSAIR), you must comply with that network's Code of Conduct, Code of Regulations (CoR), and User Agreement. Violations of network rules may result in action by both the network and Nexus Air Virtual.

Virtual airline requirements

We may require a valid VATSIM CID and/or IVAO VID for membership or for certain activities. Your network ID may be used to verify membership status and to ensure compliance with each network's virtual airline policies.

Representation

Pilots flying on VATSIM or IVAO as Nexus Air Virtual represent our community. Professional behavior, correct use of callsigns, and adherence to ATC instructions are required. Failure to uphold these standards may lead to suspension or termination of your Nexus Air Virtual account.

For full network policies, see VATSIM and IVAO official documentation.
